What kind of Carbon 60 do you use?

We do not use Chinese sources.  All our Carbon 60 is from reputable North American labs and is 99.9+% pure and solvent-free.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Canadian orders to eastern provinces can take up to two weeks. United States orders can take 14 to 21 business days in rare cases due to delays in customs. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days. Sometimes the product page will indicate the shipping time (Note: if shipping time is expressed in "days", it is meant business days; if the shipping time is expressed in "weeks", it is meant in normal weeks.) If you are unsure, please ask!
